While we hope that you will be fully satisfied with your order, we realize that sometimes items must be returned
and so we have a 100% guaranteed return policy for returns that meet the following conditions: they must be
non-special order/specialty items in their original condition.

Original condition means they are unworn, unwashed, with tags, and preferably in their original packaging (even
if open) sent back neatly in adequate packaging. Personal items like swimwear must be tried on over diapers or

On returns that total $50.00 or more, any original shipping charges, if shipping was free due to a special offer,
will be deducted from the return. Unfortunately, special orders (more than five of the same item, personalized
items, and items not on our website) and certain other specialty products are non-refundable as stated on their
product pages.

Returned items need to be sent back within two weeks of being received, as we can only credit your credit card
for 27 days after the date the order is placed (you may still be eligible for store credit after this time, but please
contact us by email before sending items back if late). Unfortunately, due to rising shipping costs, if your return
does not meet the above criteria, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, etc., just return it for a refund (or store credit in the case
of a returned gift) and place a new order for the item that you would like in its place to avoid out-of-stock
problems, etc. For gift exchange, just return the item(s) and we will email you a credit code for the value of the
return (include name, order #, email address, and phone number with return).
If an order is returned to us by the shipping company due to the customer's error (wrong address, inablilty to
receive a signature, etc.), we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the credit for the returned order, or these
return shipping costs will need to be paid as well as any new shipping costs before the order is re-shipped.

Ground shipping rates for Contiguous U.S. customers

You should receive your order within five  to ten business days (not counting weekends or holidays, or day
order was shipped) from when you place your order, depending on where you are located.
We ship by  both UPS Ground and the US Postal Service depending on cost and other considerations, so
please include both PO Boxes and physical addresses when filling out your shipping information  (if
applicable). If you prefer one or the other carrier, let us know in the "Comments" section of your shopping
cart and that you are willing to pay actual shipping if the cost of that carrier is more than our standard
charges. If you are having your items shipped to a commercial location, please give us the name of the
business in addition your name and address. UPS may need a signature at the time of delivery, so be sure
to use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for it during business hours. If UPS is
unable to deliver the package after three attempts, you (the customer) will be responsible for return
charges and new shipping costs incurred. If you reject your order and it is returned to us, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your credit for the order.
In placing your order, you agree that if you provided an inaccurate address which results in UPS
charging for an address correction ($5.00-$10.00 charge), we may charge this fee to your credit
card. Once your order has shipped, this fee may be charged by UPS even if they are informed of an
address correction.
shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & other non-contiguous US areas
We charge actual shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO and other non-contiguous US areas. The estimate
are similar to the rates above but depending on the weight and size of the items, the costs can vary greatly
from the estimates in your shopping cart. If they exceed estimates by more than $5.00, we will contact you
by email . You can avoid this delay by giving us special instructions in the "Comments" section of your
check-out cart. Please look for these communications after you place your order to expedite the process.

We can only send expedited orders to Alaska (not to Hawaii, APO, or other non-contiguous US areas), and
then only by two day air or overnight. Please read below (EXPEDITED SHIPPING) for more information.

Due to rising shipping costs, we cannot offer free shipping over $60.00 to non-contiguous states and US
areas, but  we do give a $5.00 shipping credit to orders that otherwise meet free shipping criteria. This
credit will already be reflected in your estimated shipping costs.
expedited shipping
We can send your order faster for an additional shipping charge.
We send expedited orders by USPS.

Expedited orders must be received by 7:00 AM EST in order to arrive in the stated time. Note that shipping
days are business days only, Monday through Friday, not counting holidays, and do not include the day the
package ships. For example,  if you placed your order after 7:00 AM EST on a Friday, and chose  "2 Day
Shipping", you would not receive your order until the following Wednesday.
International and Puerto Rico shipping information
We are currently ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand but are unable to ship  to Puerto Rico, we
apologize for the inconvenience! Shipping estimates to these destinations will appear in your cart before
you confirm your order, and we will contact you if shipping will be more than is estimated for your
approval. These estimates are based on items fitting in a legal size Priority Mail envelope, so large or
bulky orders are likely to be more.
orders not arriving
If your order has not arrived within two weeks, or if you track your order and  the shipping company states
that the order has been delivered, but you have not received it, contact us immediately. We are unable to
refund or replace orders if they are not reported missing within 30 days of the date of the order having been
