We can only send expedited orders to Alaska (not to Hawaii, APO, or other non-contiguous US areas), and
then only by two day air or overnight. Please read below (EXPEDITED SHIPPING) for more information.
Due to rising shipping costs, we cannot offer free shipping over $60.00 to non-contiguous states and US
areas, but we do give a $5.00 shipping credit to orders that otherwise meet free shipping criteria. This
credit will already be reflected in your estimated shipping costs.
Expedited orders must be received by 7:00 AM EST in order to arrive in the stated time. Note that shipping
days are business days only, Monday through Friday, not counting holidays, and do not include the day the
package ships. For example, if you placed your order after 7:00 AM EST on a Friday, and chose "2nd Day Air
UPS Shipping", you would not receive your order until the following Wednesday.
Refunds on shipping for late arrival are dependent on UPS rules -go to UPS.com for details, and would not
be available in the case of weather or other catastrophic event in transit. We charge actual shipping for
2-Day, and 3 Day shipping, so stated costs are an estimate only. If charges exceed estimates by more than
$5.00, we will contact you by email and/or phone. You can avoid this delay by giving us special instructions
